Blueberry Coconut Power Bowl 🥥


Smoothie Bowl:


  • 1.5 cups of frozen blueberries

  • 6 oz frozen coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp Lakanto Maple syrup (keto/sugar free)

  • hemp seeds for topping


~ place everything in the blender - using the tamper tool of the Vitamix press the mixture down into the blade to create a sorbet ~ this takes a bit of a brute force but also just takes a few moments ~ scoop into a bowl and top with hemp seeds ~ ENJOY!

Packed with antioxidants, fiber, good fat and protein - there is really nothing better - or sweeter - than this simple creation. Kid approved!
