Buckwheat-Flax bread

Ingredients, Dry:

2 cups flax meal

2 cups buckwheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp fenugreek seeds *fun fact! Fenugreek seeds have a high protein and nicotinic acid content, which are known to be beneficial against hair thinning and dandruff

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Ingredients, Wet:

2.5 cups water

2 tbsp acv

~ Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix. Combine the apple cider vinegar with the water and mix into the dry ingredients. Add more water if necessary until the "dough" becomes thick but not thick enough to roll into your hands and not thin enough you can pour it.

~ Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Allow to cool. Store in the fridge. Cut slices and toast. Top, smear, spread your favorite things on top.
