Been making and eating a lot of these lately - So good. So so so good.
This one is made of:
Frozen Blueberries (about a cup)
Frozen Banana (about 2 - 2.5)
Frozen Spinach (about 2 large handfuls - I buy the big bags from Costco then freeze them. This makes it very handy)
then topped with Walnuts, Hemp seeds & Chia Seeds then a drizzle of Tahini. Need I say more? Your body and mind don't need to know all of the health benefits of the foods you consume - nor does it need strict measurements. It just needs to feel, taste, inquire and delight.
