Just a friendly reminder that being brave often means breaking the rules.

Just a friendly reminder that breaking the rules won't get you into trouble, not really.

Just a friendly reminder that science is only part of the equation.

Just a friendly reminder that you have instincts for a reason. You also have a knowing, an intuition and a connection to immense powers that often go unrecognized.

Just a friendly reminder that you can do hard things - you can go against the grain of society but never the grain of your own inner being, not successfully at least and definitely not satisfyingly.

Just a friendly reminder that you deserve to feel good.

Just a friendly reminder that while I know you love a good recipe - I know - you don't need one.
