Kale protein balls & mixed berry sorbet

Energy balls

  • 2 handfuls of kale - processed in food processor

  • 1/2 cup Nake Pea Protein

  • 1/2 cup erithrytol

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter

  • 2 scoops of collagen peptides

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp powdered ginger

~ process until combined and thick and mostly stuck together. If the "batter" doesn't stick completely it's okay, it will when you form it into balls.


  • 2 cups frozen berries

  • 1 cup coconut milk or plant based alternative

blend on high and serve in a bowl, top with energy balls. Enjoy!
