2 handfuls of kale - processed in food processor
1/2 cup Nake Pea Protein
1/2 cup erithrytol
1/2 cup coconut butter
2 scoops of collagen peptides
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
~ process until combined and thick and mostly stuck together. If the "batter" doesn't stick completely it's okay, it will when you form it into balls.
2 cups frozen berries
1 cup coconut milk or plant based alternative
blend on high and serve in a bowl, top with energy balls. Enjoy!
