Packed lunch made easy:

Flackers & black tea sweetened with stevia


Enzymatic digestive health drink:

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)

1/2 tsp stevia

I can of sparkling water


Lunch:

homemade sauerkraut (see post)

arugula

leftovers: red onion, cauliflower “rice”, escarole & zucchini sautéed in avocado oil, added shrimp. Salt, pepper added a drizzle is olive oil.


Supplements:

Cod liver oil (omega 3’s)

vitamin C

vitamin D3

magnesium
