Coconut milk & berries

  • Full fat coconut milk- 1 cup

  • Mix with choice of sweetener - I used erythritol - 1 Tbsp

  • Top with frozen berries, ~ 1/2 cup.

  • Allow to thaw for 1 minute. Enjoy...

...Go for seconds.


Coconut is anti-inflammatory, berries are also anti-inflammatory and very low in sugar. Of all the fruits they're the best for low carb lifestyles.
