3/4 cup Naked Pea Protein
3 tsp spirulina
3 tsp stevia (or to taste)
1.5 tsp activated charcoal
pinch of salt
~ mix dry ingredients in a food processor/Cuisinart ~
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup coconut butter
~ pulse using the food processor until well combined. Roll into small balls. Store in the refridgerator. Allow to soften for a minute or two before eating. Enjoy on top of a simple mixed fruit sorbet.
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup of coconut milk
sweetener of choice, I used 1/2 tsp stevia or omit*
~ blend using the tamper of your Vitamin (or similar). Pour into a bowl, top with protein balls.
Charcoal - general detoxification, digestive health, gas, bloating, heart health, and anti-aging
Spirulina - contains significant amounts of calcium, niacin, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins and iron
Pea Protein - high in immune supporting antioxidants. Peas have anti-inflammatory properties that help with recovery and have anti-aging effects. Rich in iron, helps keep you full and builds muscle (as if not more effective than whey).
