Sweet Spiced Turmeric Walnuts


Make a fun snack-able super easy treat to bring to your next gathering - or just to much on at home!


Ingredients & Method:

preheat oven to 370 degrees


4 cups raw walnuts

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 Tbsp erythritol - I use So Nourishing

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp cinnamon

big pinch of salt


Mix everything together and spread evenly into a baking dish

Roast walnuts, shaking the pan every 10-15 minutes, for a total of 35 minutes or until toasted. Allow a little time to cool and crisp on the counter. Enjoy!
