Turkey is a very rich source of protein, niacin, vitamin B6 and the amino acid tryptophan and believed to have mood-enhancing properties.

The B6 and niacin present in turkey are essential for energy production

Tahini has antioxidants (lignan called sesamin), vitamins and minerals - phosphorous and maganese = great for bone health. It has a wonderful place in a keto/low sugar lifestyle. It's amazing in desserts and dressings. It's also antibacterial - the oil that comes from sesame seeds helps to heal wounds.
