Turmeric Flax Pillows

These. Inspired by a knowing that flax is both versatile and health promoting. The rest was history - but I was left with these.

Combine all of these ingredients refridgerate overnight or for 8 hours. Heat your oven to 350 degrees and drop dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (unless it’s nonstick) and bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool. Drizzle with *Tahino & *Swerve “brown” which is a sugarfree alternative to brown sugar made from erythritol. Can be purchased from your local supermarket in the baking isle or on Amazon.

Chalk full of fiber and phytoestrogens - flax helps to metabolize estrogen in the body which can assist cleansing especially during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle (right after you bleed). Cool huh?
