A simple vegan/plant based low carb meal. Nourishing and flavorful!
12 oz cauliflower "rice" steamed in a pan - try and allow all the liquid to evaporate
1 bunch of parsley chopped
1 Tbsp prepared tapenade (I got mine from the salad bar)
1 Tbsp roasted garlic (also from the salad bar)
Set aside or cook whilst:
avocado oil heated in a pan
4 Beyond Meat plant based Brat Sausages - seared on all sides - takes approximately 7 minutes to cook to perfection
Top with an extra sprinkle of salt and a few shakes of Nutritional Yeast.
